1. Conditions of participation in the competition
To be eligible for the competition, you must:
- Be a resident of Canada or the United States
- Enter the competition before the deadline date and time
- Have reached the age of majority in your province, territory or state of residence
2. How to participate?
To participate, you must:
- Find the competition post on the Boutique Palmex Facebook account
- Like the contest post dated June 1, 2025
Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt at fraud will result in disqualification.
3. Deadline for participation in the competition
The competition ends on June 7, 2025. To be eligible, you must enter before June 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
4. Description of the method of awarding prizes
- The winner will be chosen randomly via an online winner selector.
- There will be only one winner for the Win Your Tropical Roof competition.
- The winner will receive 4 Palmita synthetic tropical roofing kits, covering a total area of 8 square meters
- The prize is worth $620
5. Designation of the winner
The winner will be drawn on June 9, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., at the Palmex International headquarters.
6. Announcement of the winner
The winner will be announced in the comments section of the Facebook post. They will also be contacted directly via instant messaging.
7. Claiming Prizes
- The winner must respond to the private message and provide a shipping address by June 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
- Otherwise, a new draw may be made.
9. Exclusion from the competition
Any employee of Palmex International, as well as persons residing with a Palmex International employee, are not eligible to participate in this competition, in accordance with the law.
